24HR Field Services Corporation is a national field services company headquartered in Minneapolis. We are looking for responsible individuals with good time-management skills. We manage 7 states and continue to grow. Numerous independent contractor positions are currently available in the areas of Fergus Falls, Wadena, Elbow lake & other Western Minnesota towns.
Description:
This is a 1-3 day-a-week job. Position involves driving to properties to inspect & report on the general condition of assets for banks & report any visible exterior damage. We are not bill collectors nor are we serving homeowners any sort of legal paperwork. A typical inspection requires 4-6 photos. All work is completed out of your home & vehicle. You have the freedom to work on your own schedule, plan a route of your choice & are only required to get your inspections in before the due date.
Requirements:
Smart phone/tablet/digital camera required.
This job involves driving 1-3 days/week so a reliable and fuel efficient auto is recommended.
Strong mapping and directional skills
Computer/Printer and reliable internet connection

Pay:
Population density changes the rate per inspection up to $25 for rural. We pay for each inspection completed so that you end up making $13 to $15+ per hour including driving time.
