As an Email Specialist, you will deliver a remarkable customer experience. You will ensure customer satisfaction, even in challenging situations by researching and resolving customer requests and concerns received via email efficiently and effectively. To excel in this role you will identify and solve problems with a focus on complete and accurate first response to eliminate re-contacts; communicate in a professional, friendly and empathetic manner; effectively utilize tools and navigate systems; and successfully educate the cardmember regarding appropriate products and services to meet their needs. The scheduled shift is 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday and includes rotating weekend shifts, both Saturday and Sunday, every fourth weekend. Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Four or more years of experience in a customer service position Preferred Skills/Experience - In-depth knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations and systems and procedures - Strong interpersonal and written communication and organizational skills. - A strong accuracy and detail orientation is a must. - Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills - Proficient computer skills, using Windows based applications. - Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems - Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
